Belarus advocates for new security architecture at OSCE session

From July 4 to 6, a delegation of the National Assembly of Belarus is participating in the annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Key topics include arms control, hybrid threats, the Middle East situation, AI regulation, cybersecurity, climate, and demographics.

Sergei RACHKOV, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives on International Affairs:

We propose focusing efforts on restoring professional political and military-political dialogue, developing confidence-building and transparency measures, resuming contacts between experts, and finding mutually acceptable solutions on the most sensitive security issues.

Our conceptual proposals are presented in the "Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century."
