Belarus in foreign media spotlight: Lukashenko calls for concrete actions from SCO

One of the central events of the past week was the SCO summit in Bishkek. Foreign media quoted statements by the President of Belarus on the role of the SCO in a multipolar world, the need to move from words to action, and Minsk's readiness to contribute to the organization's development.
