Belarus raises minimum living budget from November 1

By the decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection dated October 19, 2026 No.88, the minimum living budget (BPB) values per capita and for major socio-demographic groups have been approved for the period from November 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027.

The average BPB per capita is set at 535.70 rubles. The BPB for able-bodied individuals is 574.47 rubles, for pensioners — 381.27 rubles, for children under 3 years — 332.62 rubles, for children from 3 to 6 years — 444.34 rubles, and for children from 6 to 18 years — 525.44 rubles.
