Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka joins Grand Slam Players' Council

Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka has been included in the first composition of the Grand Slam Players' Council.

The council was established in August by the organizers of the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the US Open. It includes six men and six women.

The council is intended to allow players to directly discuss prize money, participation conditions, and social guarantees with organizers. This was one of the main demands of tennis players.
