Billionaires increasingly hide wealth in ultra-secure Swiss Alps underground vaults
Billionaires are increasingly hiding their wealth in ultra-secure underground vaults in the Swiss Alps. The company Brunig Mega Safe AG is building these facilities inside the Brunig rock massif at a depth of over 100 meters. The first units are scheduled to open for clients by 2028. Renting a single vault for 99 years costs nearly one million euros. Contracts are already being signed, and growing geopolitical tensions are further increasing interest in the project.
