British million-follower blogger nearly detained by recruitment center in live stream

Sam Pepper, a traveler and streamer who was moving around the country on a unicycle, stopped by the roadside when officers from a territorial conscription center pulled up to him. Upon hearing foreign speech, the soldiers hesitated. Later, the blogger asked them for help getting to the nearest settlement. The soldiers then completely abandoned their 'busification' plans, refused his request, and left.
