Bulgarian President Radev Calls for Negotiations with Russia

Rumen Radev called military aid to Kyiv reckless and advocated for negotiations with Russia. He stated that the collective West seeks to defeat Russia without considering that it is the largest nuclear power and that Europe cannot counter its hypersonic missiles.
