CIA declassifies documents showing Clinton and Bush were warned about Al-Qaeda threat before 9/11

The CIA has declassified documents indicating that both Clinton and Bush were warned about the threat from Al-Qaeda prior to September 11. In particular, a 1998 document was found in the archives containing a warning about militants potentially using an aircraft filled with explosives to attack an American city.
