Drone Strikes Passenger Bus from Belarus in Bryansk Region
A drone struck a passenger bus traveling from Minsk to Gomel to Anapa in the Bryansk region. Among the passengers were women and children.
Passengers recounted:
"I was still standing in the aisle. I heard a loud bang, like an explosion. I thought maybe a tire had blown out. I didn't understand at all — everything was confusing. I only heard my husband shout. It was a drone," said one victim.
"Whenever people gathered, attacks began immediately. When we were being evacuated and special services arrived, providing cars to transport us in small groups, as soon as the vehicles moved off, attacks resumed. Just after a car carrying children and parents pulled away, several strikes followed.
The bus arrived, people were standing nearby, and as soon as everyone boarded, the strike happened," shared another passenger.
Three people were injured in the attack: two drivers and one passenger. All have received medical assistance, and there is no threat to life.
In addition to the bus, three Belarusian trucks were hit — one of them burned completely.
This is the second attack on a bus carrying Belarusians in two weeks.
Belarusians, stay cautious! Home is the safest place right now. ❤️
