Drugs smuggled toward Nizhny Novgorod prison using a cat

An attempt was made to deliver drugs to a Nizhny Novgorod prison using a cat. The animal had a homemade fabric collar containing unknown substances, the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) reports. The collar was removed from the cat, the animal was examined and, after confirming its well-being, released back into the wild.
