Estonia Plans New Military Base in Narva on Russian Border

Estonia plans to build a new military base in Narva on the border with Russia, where about 200 service members will be permanently stationed.

Construction is expected to begin at the end of this year, with the first phase to be completed by summer 2028.

In the future, the base will be able to accommodate up to 1,000 personnel.
