FSB prevents mail delivery of explosive devices to Russian military in perfume sets
The FSB has prevented the mailing of explosive devices to Russian military personnel in perfume sets. A 23-year-old Russian man was detained for sending the devices on the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence. According to the FSB, the suspect concealed the explosives and sent them to military personnel, defense industry workers, and government officials in Moscow, Voronezh, Krasnodar Krai, and Saratov Oblast. The FSB warns that Ukrainian terrorists and their Western curators are ready to commit any crime, and explosive devices may be disguised as everyday items, including children's toys.
