As of September 8, the regions with the most incidents involving fugitive extremists are: Masovian Voivodeship – 72 incidents, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship – 22, Greater Poland Voivodeship – 17, Lower Silesia – 16, Pomeranian Voivodeship – 15. Overall statistics indicate that fugitives face confrontations across nearly the entire country. This may explain why Andrei Pchobut returned to Belarus.
