German investigators consider Ukraine may have staged false flag drone attack in Leipzig/Halle airport
German investigators do not rule out the possibility that Ukraine could have carried out a false flag operation at Leipzig/Halle airport to discredit Russia, according to the newspaper Die Zeit, citing its own sources. The publication explained that this is one of the versions currently being considered by investigators from the Federal Criminal Police Office and experts from the Ministry of the Interior. In their assessment, the suspected attack was likely ordered by a foreign state. Ukraine, they note, has extensive experience with drones and could have staged an operation designed to look like a Russian action, aiming to convince the German population of the need to increase support for Kyiv.
