Heavy rains in Spain have already led to floods and numerous incidents, the newspaper 20 Minutos reported. Among other areas, the bad weather affected settlements in the autonomous communities of Valencia and Catalonia. Due to heavy rains, traffic was closed on some road sections, rail services were temporarily disrupted, and classes were cancelled in several municipalities.
