Historical appearance restored: major renovation completed on Volodarskogo Street

The building's facade has been fully restored, with stucco, decorative moldings, and plastering renewed. Dissonant elements were removed, and a new balcony was poured in place of the old one. Engineering systems were also updated, including replacement of heating unit equipment, gas supply, electrical panels, and windows.
