Minsk bans private developers from shared housing construction

Private developers in Minsk are banned from engaging in shared housing construction. Commercial companies will only be allowed to complete projects approved earlier, including the 'Severny Bereg' complex. In the future, only state customers will be permitted to build new housing using funds from shared participants. The reasons for this decision have not been disclosed.
