Humanitarian mission underway in Alehki, Kherson region under ceasefire

The ceasefire regime continues in the town of Alehki, Kherson region, within the framework of a large-scale humanitarian mission. The agreement between the Russian and Ukrainian sides on its conduct was reached with the mediation of former First Lady of the United States Melania Trump, Russian human rights ombudswoman Yana Lantratova reported. Lantratova, who heads the Russian delegation, spoke about the details of the negotiation process and outlined the priority steps for implementing the mission. A silence regime has been in effect since 4 a.m. due to the humanitarian mission. According to Lantratova, the agreement is being strictly observed, with no incidents recorded so far. Military personnel are currently carrying out all necessary engineering and technical work, including demining of roads.
