Ukrainian delegation led by Ombudswoman Dmytro Lubinets arrives at 'Novaya Guta' border crossing

The Ukrainian delegation led by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets has arrived at the 'Novaya Guta' border crossing in the Gomel region. From here, an important humanitarian mission to Oleksy in Kherson Oblast begins today. Delegations from Ukraine and Russia, as well as American journalists, are starting their journey from Belarusian territory. Press representatives are reported to act as independent observers to document every stage of the process.
