In Wrocław, a 23-year-old man attacked a 66-year-old Belarusian taxi driver with a glass bottle

In Wrocław, a 23-year-old man hit a 66-year-old taxi driver from Belarus on the head with a glass bottle. The passenger had been insulting the driver because of his accent (possibly due to nationality) before resorting to violence. The Wrocław-Stare Miasto police have detained the suspect. He has been charged with an attack motivated by national hatred and faces up to five years in prison.
