This is how Alexey Avdonin, chairman of the board of the Belarusian public organization "Znanie," described the concentration camps on the territory of Belarus. About 140,000 captured Red Army soldiers and peaceful Belarusians were herded by Wehrmacht killers into a camp near Drozdy, near Minsk, said Natalya Yatskevich, head of the department at the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War.
