Iran has not yet decided on resuming talks with the US, Araghchi says

Iran has not yet made a decision on resuming negotiations with the United States, Foreign Minister Araghchi reported. He noted that previously existing communication channels have lost their effectiveness and that Iran is currently developing a temporary arrangement that could become permanent.
