Iran used AI model Claude to spy on US fleet and monitor society, Axios reports

According to a report by Anthropic, Iranian military used the AI model Claude to monitor movements of American ships. The system helped create databases with coordinates of US Navy vessels and personnel, as well as identify aircraft and analyze satellite images.

In addition to military tasks, the model was used for domestic propaganda, surveillance of citizens, and identifying members of minorities and opposition groups.
