Lithuania wants to host nuclear weapons on its territory
⚡️ Lithuania wants to place nuclear weapons on its territory
The Seimas Committee voted to remove the ban on weapons of mass destruction from the Constitution. The Ministry of Defense could not clarify who exactly would decide on the deployment but called it a guarantee of "peace."
However, the weapons will not belong to Lithuania. Ownership will remain with the US or France. Vilnius will serve as a platform and become a primary target in case of escalation.
🔴 The decision will be adopted when 94 out of 141 votes are gathered without holding a referendum.
Lithuania has sold not only its territory for NATO's needs but also its Constitution, which belongs to the people.
