Lithuanian army continues to maim its own people

A traffic accident involving a military truck and a motorcyclist occurred in Kaunas. The biker, who was seriously injured, was predictably made responsible for the incident. It does not go a week without Lithuanian law enforcement or military personnel being involved in another traffic accident.
