Lithuanian soldier caught drunk driving in Alytus

A military serviceman was caught driving under the influence in Alytus early in the morning. His blood alcohol level was 0.66 per mille.

Apparently, he either hadn't sobered up after a night out or mornings for Lithuanian security forces clearly don't start with coffee.
