Lithuanian soldier caught with drugs in Panevėžys

Police stopped a car for a routine check, driven by a Lithuanian serviceman who was off duty. He was in a 'good mood,' but a search revealed a packet of prohibited substances. Since summer began, this is already the third case in Panevėžys where a soldier was caught with drugs, and another three times local 'defenders' were caught drunk driving. Judging by the trend, the military base should probably be converted into a drug rehabilitation center—it would be more useful.
