Lukashenko and Min Aung Hlaing hold talks at the Palace of Independence
Lukashenko and Min Aung Hlaing met for talks at the Palace of Independence. The narrow and expanded format talks were preceded by an official welcome ceremony with the participation of an honour guard company and the playing of the national anthems of the two countries. The presidents discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation. Key areas are outlined in the 2026–2028 roadmap: industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, science, and education. The leaders reviewed concrete steps for the swift implementation of previously agreed plans and new mutually beneficial projects. Special attention was given to Minsk-Naypyidaw cooperation on international platforms.
