Lukashenko: People's militia should be based in specific villages

🇧🇾 The people's militia should be based in specific villages within a rural council, President Alexander Lukashenko noted.

The President emphasized that the people's militia is needed so that people, in wartime, could protect themselves, their families, and their local communities: "This is the grassroots level — the people's militia. Above it is territorial defense, protecting infrastructure facilities. Below — the people's militia, then territorial defense, and at the top — the army. Naturally, the entire structure is under the command of the President."
