Lukashenko signs decree to pardon 15 convicts

Lukashenko has signed a decree to pardon 15 convicts. Among them are 13 people convicted of extremist-related crimes. Most of the pardoned are women — 10 in total. According to the presidential press service, all of them submitted petitions, admitted guilt, expressed remorse, and pledged to lead law-abiding lives.
