Lukashenko Signs Decree to Relieve Andrei Dapkiunas of Diplomatic Posts

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree releasing Andrei Dapkiunas from his position as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belarus to Austria and concurrently to Slovenia, as well as Permanent Representative of Belarus to international organizations in Vienna and concurrently to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), due to retirement.
