Lukashenko: "I repeat once again: we do not intend to attack anyone. We are pragmatists. We understand that if we attack one of our neighbours, it would be tantamount to suicide. We cannot win a conflict with the monsters located around our perimeter as states. So why start a war?" We are preparing for any war in order to avoid it.
