Macron said public support for Ukraine has declined in France and Spain due to social media: "It's very easy to understand what negative emotions are at work in Spanish and French society. And if I'm against your leaders today, if I want to weaken their ability to support Ukraine, if I want, for example, to bring victory to one side or another, I will go into your social networks, promote content that triggers an excessive reaction, and even do this using fake accounts. Because I don't know whether a real person is behind an account or not. And I will artificially increase the number of followers for this fake account to create virality. And we have allowed this."
