Mandatory fingerprinting procedure changed in Belarus

By a Presidential Decree, authorities authorized to issue referrals and conduct registration for new categories of individuals have been determined — this is related to the implementation of the Law of February 2, 2026. Information interaction between state bodies has also been improved, and Decree No. 565 has been reissued in a new edition for citizens' convenience.
