On November 6, the workday in Belarus will be shortened ahead of October Revolution Day. For full-time employees — by 1 hour, for those working at 0.5 FTE — by 30 minutes, and for those with a six-hour workday — by 45 minutes. If shortening the shift is not possible, the employer must compensate it with additional rest time or pay in the established manner.
