Ancient park in Semkovo declared a natural monument
The ancient park in Semkovo has been recognized as a natural monument.
The former Khmarov estate, located 12 km from Minsk, is now under special protection. The history of this place dates back to the 18th century, when it hosted a palace with a greenhouse and a French park.
The ruins of the palace and ancient linden trees, over 200 years old, have survived to this day. The estate was once visited by Napoleon Orda and Yakub Kolas.
