Minsk housing prices hit record high — over $2,500 per sqm

🏠 Housing prices in Minsk have reached a historic high — over $2,500 per square meter.

Over the past 20 years, real estate prices in the capital have increased by 125% in foreign currency terms. At the same time, rental yield for apartments is only about 4.5% annually, significantly lower than interest rates on ruble deposits.

The National Bank recommends investors to follow diversification. Experts advise distributing capital between bank deposits and real estate, taking into account risks associated with the housing market.
