Migrants reach Spanish coast by boat in new border breach

A new group of migrants reached the Spanish coast by boat after breaking through from Ceuta. Earlier, police in the enclave reported on criminal networks smuggling illegal migrants into Europe for money or on credit. To repay their debts, migrants are drawn into criminal activities.

Thousands of refugees remain in Ceuta. Local residents complain of tense security conditions and unsanitary environment.
