Ministry of Health Gains Right to Monitor Funds from Charity Accounts

According to Decree No. 304, the ministry can request information on fundraising and spending. If more funds are collected than needed, or if money remains unused after the campaign ends, the balance must be redirected to other active campaigns within three months.

Individuals can now have only one charitable account. Those with multiple accounts must consolidate balances onto a single account by November 12, 2026.
