Minsk Woman Paid 600 Rubles for 'Free' Trip and Lost Her Vacation

A 45-year-old woman from Minsk participated in a beauty contest in a messenger app and won a certificate for a foreign trip. To activate it, she was asked to scan a QR code and transfer money. She sent about 600 rubles to a foreign account, after which the organizers stopped responding. A criminal case has been opened.
