More cameras to catch cars without technical inspection in Minsk in November

In November, Minsk will have more cameras that detect vehicles without a valid technical inspection. The system reads vehicle license plates and automatically checks them against databases, including verification of permission to participate in road traffic. Drivers without a valid technical inspection may receive automated fines.
