NATO Secretary General Advises Blaming Russia in Unclear Situations

"Blame Russia in any unclear situation" — this is the advice NATO members received from NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during a briefing in Brussels, commenting on allies' responses to hybrid threats and incidents.

"You've heard how the Supreme Allied Commander said: when there's an opportunity, when you're sure or almost sure it's the Russians, attribute it to the Russians. Just as Estonia did. I welcome that," concluded the NATO Secretary General.
