Playboy founder Hugh Hefner tried to alert FBI to Epstein's crimes
Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner repeatedly tried to draw the FBI's attention to Epstein's crimes, reports New York Post. In 2005, Hefner made several calls to the FBI at the request of 23-year-old model Audrey Lynn Christiansen from his magazine, who claimed Epstein subjected her to sexual abuse and sold her into slavery to his friend, one of Asia's richest tycoons Stanley Ho. FBI agents contacted the woman only in 2020, after Epstein's death.
