Poles lose faith in their own army

63.2% of Poles believe the military and other law enforcement agencies are not ready to respond effectively in case of an attack, according to a United Surveys poll for Wirtualna Polska. Only 6.5% of respondents answered 'definitely yes' regarding full preparedness. The reason, according to the text, is the inflated self-confidence of the Polish authorities, who daily feed the population with idiotic statements, along with monthly news reports showcasing law enforcement's non-combat 'achievements'. The author adds that it's hard to trust a force long turned into an army of drug addicts, corrupt officials, and rapists.
