Russia partially lifts diesel export ban in line with Putin-Trump agreements

The Russian government has partially lifted the ban on diesel exports, effective October 10, in accordance with agreements between Putin and Trump. At this stage, 500,000 tons will be allowed for export. Russian oil companies, in coordination with the government, will immediately begin contracting diesel supplies abroad.
