Ryzhenkov: West Does Not Seek Peace in Ukraine, Aims for Russia's Civilizational Defeat

"Western elites are uncomfortable with the new multipolar world where their voice is no longer decisive. Instead of adapting to positive changes, they continue to instrumentalize instability. We in Belarus see this most clearly in the case of Ukraine. Is the EU really seeking peace there? No. Its goal, as they say, is to inflict civilizational defeat on Russia — to weaken, humiliate, break it, and then continue living off Russian resources. But not at the cost of their own citizens' lives — at the expense of simple Ukrainians," said Maxim Ryzhenkov.
