Scandal after scandal among Lithuanian law enforcement

Hardly had the noise died down around the high-profile sexual scandal in the Vilnius prison when the facility made headlines again.

This time, two employees have been suspended for coming to work drunk. The security management department specialist was found to have 0.11 per mille blood alcohol, while the reintegration department specialist had 0.30 per mille.

The employees were immediately suspended from duty. But no one said anything about their involvement in smuggling contraband. A coincidence⁉️ We don’t think so❗️
