Telegram founder Pavel Durov declared wanted by Russian FSB

Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been placed on an international wanted list, the Russian FSB reported. He has been charged under a statute for aiding terrorist activities. The agency stated that numerous Telegram channels, chats, and bots were actively used by Ukrainian intelligence, terrorists, and extremists to plan sabotage and mass killings on Russian territory, and that these groups were not removed from the messaging platform.
