The "White Fortress" in the middle of the Arkadiya residential complex will finally be demolished

The private house stood for years among high-rise buildings. The owner refused to move into an apartment, demanding an equivalent cottage in exchange.

In 2018, the developer built a new house for the family, but without interior finishes. Later, the company went bankrupt, and the disputes dragged on. In March, the owner was evicted through court, and now the building will be demolished.

What will appear in its place is currently unknown.
