Tripartite Ukraine talks to be held in Abu Dhabi in first half of November – Peskov

Tripartite negotiations involving Russia, the US, and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi in the first half of November, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. The agenda will focus on security issues for Russia and Ukraine following a peaceful settlement. The need for an EU special envoy to participate will depend on the position taken by Brussels.
